Breast milk
For breast milk jewellery we require 15ml of milk in a very well sealed bag to prevent leaks. We recommend using your breast milk storage bags (double packed for security) in a cardboard envelope. Breast milk does not need to be fresh, it can be frozen but please be aware unused milk will not be returned so do only send the required amount, If you have less then the required amount please message as alternatives can be made.
Write your full name, email and contact number on a note inside so we know who has sent the order and can pair it to the correct invoice. Please include your return address on the back of the envelope in case of non delivery so it can make its way back to you.
ASHES & Hair
A teaspoon of ashes or a pinch of hair per item is all that we need. Place the inclusions into a well sealed bag then into an envelope.
Write your full name, email and contact number on a note inside so we know who has sent the order and can pair it to the correct invoice. Please include your return address on the back of the envelope in case of non delivery so it can make its way back to you.
Alternatively, you can purchase one of our sending kits which comes in a return box and contains everything you need to send your inclusions and a pre labelled envelope to safely return back to us.
Shipping
To ship use a LARGE LETTER stamp or send via the post office to be signed for (this is the minimum we recommend) – posting address will be provided after checkout via email – any additional charges incurred due to incorrect posting stamp applied will be billed to yourself so please make sure you have posted correctly
Local orders can be collected by yourself from Colchester, CO2 postcode – address to be provided on your order confirmation email. You are also invited to personally bring your inclusions to me by appointment if you so wish. Please understand I do not keep stock to view, however items can be viewed here on the website.
